Terms of Service
This covers axklo.com. Axklo Play and Axklo Apps each have their own terms, privacy policy and ways to report people, so check play.axklo.com and apps.axklo.com if you use them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axklo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Axklo.
2. About the Platform
Axklo is a platform provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, limit or remove features, content or services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you're under the age of majority where you live (usually 18), you may only use the Platform with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Accounts
Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think it has been used without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights
- harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate others
- upload viruses, malware or other harmful code
- cheat, exploit bugs or gain an unfair advantage
- scrape, overload or interfere with the Platform
- attempt to bypass security or access things you aren't allowed to
- copy, sell or reverse engineer any part of the Platform, except where the law allows it
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute it as needed to run and improve the Platform. You're responsible for your content, and we may remove any content at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its name, logos, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal use under these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8. Donations
Axklo is supported by voluntary donations through Buy Me a Coffee. Donations are optional, are handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms, and don't buy any product, feature or special treatment.
9. Downtime and data loss
The Platform may go down, be interrupted or contain errors at any time, including for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We don't guarantee any level of uptime, and we don't guarantee that your content, progress or data will be saved, backed up or recoverable. Keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice or reason, including if you break these Terms. You can stop using the Platform whenever you like.
11. Third-party services and links
The Platform may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that place, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest change. If you keep using the Platform after an update, you accept the new Terms.
