Age
Every Axklo product is for people 13 and older. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Each product has its own rules
Axklo Play and Axklo Apps each have their own terms of service, privacy policy and ways to report people. If you use one of them, check those out on play.axklo.com or apps.axklo.com.
Rules
The full wording is in the Terms of Service. These things aren't okay:
- Breaking the law or violating someone's rights.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing or pretending to be someone else.
- Uploading viruses, malware or other harmful code.
- Cheating, abusing bugs or getting an unfair advantage.
- Scraping, overloading or messing with our services.
- Trying to get around security or into things you shouldn't.
We can remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules.
Reporting
Start with the product the problem happened in. Each one has its own way to report people, so check its site. If you can't find it, or it's about this website, email support@axklo.com and include:
- The username, page or link.
- What happened and when.
- Screenshots, if you have them.
For parents
Talk with your kid about what they do online and who they talk to. If a child under 13 has an account, or you want their data deleted, email support@axklo.com. See the Privacy Policy.
